While we are certainly adept in custom designs and can modify our packages to be more personally specific to your needs, the benefits of a package design effort are many. A packaged product has the advantage of being designed for efficiency.

The roof is designed to easily accommodate PV and solar water heating panels without penetrations. The window placement has been developed to allow windows to remain open and promote passive cooling. With regard to fabrication, the designs were developed with local lumber mills who can obtain FSC-certified lumber to cut, lay out, and frame wall panels off-site. This reduces labor costs, increases accuracy of the wall panel fabrication, and significantly reduces waste material. Packaged product costs are also typically lower than the cost of equivalent custom product.
