Anton Elementary School is a three-story school used by Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) as a prototype for small urban sites that can accommodate 50-60 classrooms. The 92,000 sf, K-5 elementary for 1,176 students is located in a tight 3.16-acre urban neighborhood. Subterranean parking preserves as much of the site as possible for the playground. The site includes a 176 seat Early Childhood Education Center.
