A 129 unit residential condominium project in Alhambra, CA with residential townhomes, flats and lofts. The site was an urban infill site and a subterranean zero lot line parking structure was part of the project. Extensive Feng Shui studies were incorporated in this project to assure receptiveness in the region’s Asian community.
