Punalu'u Ahupua'a Farms Gateway Feasibility Study

  • hi.arch.y llp was commissioned by Kamehameha Schools to analyze the Punalu‘u Ahupua‘a Farms Gateway Parcel (PAF Gateway) project from a site and zoning analysis perspective in order to determine the feasibility of three potential uses: a Cultural Hale for community outreach and enrichment, a Farmers Market, and a small-scale Agricultural Processing facility. This study also looks at the impact of these uses on the parcel in order to assist Kamehameha Schools in determining the feasible uses for the PAF Gateway site.
