40 unit live/work residential condominium in Santa Ana, CA. made up of 26.92 dwelling units per acre. This project was winner of the 2005 AIA Design Awards. As a true embodiment of the live/work genre, this project featured loft residential units attached to ground level retail office space allowing young professionals to combine their mortgages with their office space expenses.
